Specialties
My clinical work focuses on trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, and the emotional and relational patterns that can leave people feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. I use a trauma-informed, relational, and integrative approach, drawing from EMDR, somatic psychotherapy, behavioral science, mindfulness, and trauma-informed yoga.
With more than 20 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families, I bring particular expertise in trauma, emotional and behavioral health, parenting, caregiving, and school-based mental health.
