Experience and
Specialties

My clinical work is shaped by years of training in trauma-informed, somatic, and nervous-system–based approaches. I have pursued extensive education in body-based trauma work, trauma-informed yoga, EMDR, and behavioral science, alongside ongoing professional development through trauma conferences and advanced trainings.

This allows me to work at the intersection of insight, regulation, and embodiment—supporting clients in understanding patterns and developing the capacity to shift them.

I specialize in:

  • Chronic stress, anxiety, and nervous system regulation

  • Trauma and complex trauma

  • Emotion regulation and resilience

  • Life transitions (burnout, caregiving, parenting, identity shifts)

  • Consultation with schools and families to support youth across daily life

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, #133366

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst, #1-14-9424

  • Registered Yoga Teacher, 200
