Our Approach
Root to Rise Therapy Collective is an integrative psychotherapy practice working with emotional, relational, and physiological dimensions of experience.
The practice is led by Poppy Haines, LMFT, BCBA, RYT-200, a licensed psychotherapist with extensive training in evidence-based therapy as well as body-centered, nervous-system–informed approaches.
Poppy works with individuals and youth navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, and significant life transitions. Her work is relational and collaborative, drawing from traditional psychotherapy alongside somatic and mindfulness-based practices to support emotional regulation, resilience, and deeper self-understanding. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, therapy emphasizes insight, regulation, and change that can be sustained over time.
Clients often seek therapy at Root to Rise when they feel stuck, disconnected, or impacted by long-standing patterns that no longer fit. The therapeutic relationship is thoughtful, grounded, and attuned to real-world complexity. The focus is not on perfection or constant positivity, but on developing greater steadiness, clarity, and trust in oneself.
